General questions

Some of our products, due to their nature, can only sold in bottles or containers purchased through our store, i.e. peanut butter, shampoo, liquids.

At the moment of the purchase you can add a container of your choice suitable for the product, in this way we can pack and ship the product safely.

Be advise that you can contact us anytime, if you need help with your order, we will be happy to help.

Processing time is typically 3 to 5 business days. Keep in mind, processing time may vary depending on sales, promotions, and holidays.

We are accepting payment in cash, all major credi/debit cards

Unfortunately, promotions and discount offers cannot be combined.

We do not accept returns because of the environmental impact, however, if you have any issues with a product you have purchased (damaged and/or defective), please email us at and we will address them as quick as we can.

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on tracking number and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out to our Customer Service team.

Other questions

There are no rules here, just that we ask you to weigh containers before filling them so we can subtract that weight when paying, meaning we have an accurate weight to charge you the right amount. Typically people use a range of containers from plastic take away boxes to glass jars. 

You don’t have to use our containers, but we do have a range of containers for sale.

Product information such as origin and ingredients (where applicable) that you typically expect to see on packaging is displayed on each dispenser, additional information such as a full nutritional breakdown is available on request as there is not always enough space to display all the required text on the dispenser.

Yes we do and it will be fun making you onw butter, which is not limited to peanuts. 

If you’ve made a mistake and need to cancel your order, please contact the store and let them know that you will not be able to pick up the order. You will receive an email notification to confirm that your order has been canceled.

Click and Collect is available in our store. Simplyn browse products online, place and pay for your order the order will be ready in store for you to collect.We hope you enjoy the service when you need to save some time.
